Dear foreign experts, friends，relevant units and enterprises:

近期，中国发生新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情。临沂市委、市政府高度重视，要求市直各单位全力做好疫情防控工作。临沂市科学技术局（临沂市外国专家局）按照市里统一部署成立了新型冠状病毒疫情防控领导小组, 为在临工作的外国专家及友人提供必要的帮助。为积极应对疫情，温馨提示如下：

Recently, pneumonia outbreaks of novel coronavirus infection occurred in China. The Linyi municipal party committee and the municipal government attached great importance to the epidemic, and ordered city straight related departments to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control. According to the unified deployment of the municipal government，Linyi science and technology bureau (Linyi foreign experts affairs bureau) set up novel coronavirus epidemic prevention and control team to provide necessary assistance to foreign experts and friends who are working in Linyi. In order to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, warm tips are as follows :

1、远离传染源。避免近距离接触咳嗽、发热病人。

Stay away from the infection sources: avoid close contact with anyone who has fever and cough.

2、避免前往人群密集的场所，家居及室内工作场所定期开窗保持空气流通。

Avoid large crowds. Open windows at home and indoor workplaces regularly to improve the air circulation.

3、注意个人卫生。勤洗手，使用香皂或者含有酒精的洗手液。

Pay close attention to your personal hygiene .Clean hands with soap or alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

4、出门必须正确佩戴口罩。

Put on a mask during any outdoor activities.

5、食物（尤其是肉和蛋类）要煮熟煮透，不接触和食用野生动物。

Thoroughly cook the food (especially meat and eggs); avoid contact and eating wild animals.

6、增强免疫力，保证充足的睡眠，多喝水，勤锻炼。

Get enough sleep; drink plenty of water and exercise regularly to maintain your health.

7、如有疑似症状，请第一时间报告所在工作单位。

If any suspected symptoms, please report to your work unit immediately.

8、工作期间，要切实做好防控措施。

Please take necessary precautions during the work.  

9、各相关单位、企业要高度重视在临工作外国专家的疫情防控，安排照顾好各位专家的生活。

All relevant units and enterprises should attach great importance to the health condition of foreign experts during the epidemic, and take good care of their lives.
